EXPLORE _ DANCE _ EXCHANGE

this workshop is an invitation to explore your anatomy, with somatic education as a guide.
An exploration of your own movements, perceptions, sensations to free your expression and emotions.
With all this body material we will create group and solo dance improvisations structured by space, time and relation.
We will also transpose this process outdoor : playing with the environment (in the city and in the seawater).
I would like this workshop to offer you a personal experience of kinesthetic awareness and a special time to exchange with others.
